Put simply we are best suited for companies that value design and want quality designs that speak to their brand in the quickest way possible. If you are not comfortable with a money saving subscription I can price your projects on an ad hoc basis.

It works best for me and a lot of my clients. I want to be flexible, agile, and focused on getting things done. Not overwhelmed with counting hours, scoping budgets, etc. so you ask I do and we repeat the process until you are happy.

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time designer starts at £24,000, plus insurances. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilise. Agencys are also a good options but figures can rise into fiver / six figures.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

Our service operates without any binding contracts, providing you with the freedom to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. However if your project(s) require an NDA this can be discussed and put in place before work starts.

On average, most requests are completed in just two to three days. However, more complex requests can take longer.

You will work directly with me, if there are specific custom elements to the projects these may be outsourced when needed

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

We use all types of design software. We mainly use Adobe Creative Cloud but if our clients require us to design in a particular type of software such as Powerpoint, Google Slides, Word etc. then I am more than happy to do so but this will have it’s limits.

All design requests are sent using your personal dashboard and our ticket system,  Some common ways clients request designs is, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared it’s fair game.

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return  when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

You can ask for as many design requests and revisions as you like. I will work on your designs and keep you updated with where we are at with things. 

Furthermore, if you need any modifications or tweaks to the designs we send over, ask for as many as you like until we get it perfect for you!

You own absolutely everything I send over – and you will also receive the art work in multiple file formats, JPEG, PNG, PDF and the source files on finalised designs.

However if you have complex large web work the design pro+ bi-monthly will be the better option as this offers a £198 saving and comes with a bolt on included which means I will also build the site as well plus 6 months free hosting, additional bolt ons will be required for more than 1 site (this doesn’t include micro sites as the design and build are included with both packages)

That all depends on the project. It could be anywhere from a few hours for simple tasks to weeks for massive projects. I know time is money and will work as quick as I can while providing you top of the line deliverables.

Yes! I am happy to take on solo projects. Pricing will depend on the scope and turnaround and will cost more but will be happy to help with whatever you need.

At this time we can only offer customers web development within WordPress and Elementor. If you have very specific custom requirements we can discuss these on a per project basis.
